Net Realty recently completed the sale of a freestanding, absolute net leased BBVA Compass Bank in Port Arthur, Texas. BBVA had 9 years remaining on a recent 10 year lease extension. The property is located next to Walgreens, CVS, and Port Arthur Mall. Gavin Kam and Brad Kam with Net Realty Advisors represented the seller.
