Net Realty Completes Sale of Shoppes at Town Square

A Florida investor purchased the Shoppes at Town Square in Deer Park, Texas from a local Houston based developer.  The 11,692 SF center was built in 2009 and  is 100% occupied with a mix of local and national tenants including Wing Stop, T-Mobile and Edward Jones. Gavin Kam with Net Realty Advisors and Brad Kam with TKG Property negotiated the sale on behalf of the Seller.

Net Realty Completes Sale of Terrell Corners

An East Texas based investor purchased the Terrell Corners Shopping Center in Terrell, Texas from a Dallas based developer.  The 11,518 SF center was built in 2005 and is located in front of the Wal-Mart Supercenter on Highway 80.  Gavin Kam with Net Realty Advisors and Brad Kam with TKG Property negotiated the sale on behalf of the Seller.
