Net Realty Completes Sale of Family Dollar in Fort Worth, Texas

Net Realty Advisors announces the sale of the Family Dollar at the corner of McCart Avenue and Charleston Road in Fort Worth, Texas.  The 8,300 square foot building was constructed in 2011.  The project was a build to suit and Family Dollar signed a 10 year lease.  Gavin Kam with Net Realty Advisors and Brad Kam with TKG Property negotiated the sale on behalf of the Buyer.

Net Realty Advisors announces the sale of the Dollar General in Mission, Texas.  The 9,100 SF building has 12 years remaining on its original 15 year term.  Mission is part of McAllen, one of the fastest growing MSAs in Texas and the country.
