Net Realty Advisors recently represented a 1031 exchange buyer on purchase of a triple net leased Dollar General in Dallas, Texas. The stores is located in a tremendous infill Dallas location, fronting Northwest Highway just west of Webb Chapel Road. Dollar General signed a 15 year lease..
