Net Realty Completes Sale of Net Leased CVS

Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of 1057 Camp Wisdom in Dallas, which is the northeast signalized corner of Camp Wisdom and Polk. The subject property is leased to CVS Corporation until March of 2019. The property was subleased by Fashion World, a beauty supply superstore in 2007. The area is surrounded by national Retailers and density of rooftops.

Net Realty Advisors Completes Sale of Walgreens

Net Realty Advisors has closed on the $7.3 million sale of a 14,820-square-foot retail property leased by Walgreens, located at 8996 Stacy Road in McKinney, Texas.  Brad and Gavin Kam with Net Realty Advisors represesented the seller.  The Walgreens store was constructed in 2008 and is located in the master-planned community of Craig Ranch, a high-quality 2,500-acre community.
