Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of a brand new 25 Year Absolute NNN leased Walgreens in Duncanville, Texas. The Walgreens, completed in 2014, is located at the corner of Wheatland Road and Cedar Ridge Drive, directly across from a Tom Thumb Grocery anchored shopping center.   Duncanville is a suburb of Dallas located southern Dallas county with a population of 38,000 people. The Duncanville High School campus enrolls more than 4,000 students and is the largest high school campus in Texas. Net Realty Completes Sale of Mc Donald's Ground Lease in Plano, Texas

Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of a freestanding absolute NNN Mc Donald's ground lease at the southwest corner of Custer Road and 15th Street in Plano.  Mc Donald's recently completely renovated the building, including a double drive thru lane. Plano, a suburb of Dallas, is home to some of America's most prestigious corporations including Dr Pepper Snapple, Frito-Lay, J.C.
