Net Realty Completes Sale of 2 Restaurant Buildings Fronting Belt Line Road in Carrollton

Net Realty recently completed the sale of two freestanding restaurant buildings fronting Belt Line Road in Carrollton, just east of Josey Lane.  The buildings are leased to Goc Pho Cafe and Tipico's Mexican Restaurant. Both restaurants have excellent frontage on Belt Line, adjacent to Wendy's, Church's Chicken, and Michoacana Meat Market. Gavin Kam and Brad Kam represented the seller, a Dallas based family trust.  Becky Trinh with Vino Realty Company represented the purchaser.

Net Realty Completes Sale of Lake June Shopping Center in Dallas

Net Realty recently completed the sale of the Lake June Shopping Center at the northeast hard corner of Lake June Road and North Prairie Creek Road in Dallas.  The center at the time of closing was 50% occupied, with upside to lease up the remaining  vacancy.  The all cash transaction closed in 30 days.  Gavin Kam and Brad Kam represented the seller, a Dallas based family trust.  Rick Callahan with Callahan Properties represented the buyer.

Net Realty Completes Sale of Dollar General Portfolio in Texas

Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of four absolute triple net (NNN) leased Dollar General stores in Texas. The package included locations in in Granbury, Log Cabin, Seymour, and Aubrey. Brad Kam and Gavin Kam with Net Realty Advisors represented the purchaser in the transaction.  The seller was represented by EXP Realty Advisors.
