Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of a net leased Dollar General at 7615 Isleta Boulevard in Albuquerque, New Mexico.  The property was built in 2010 and there were 8 years remaining on the primary term.  Gavin Kam and Brad Kam represented the developer in the transaction.
