Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of a triple net leased Aarons Rents in Azle, a suburb of Fort Worth Texas.  Aarons signed a 15 year lease in 2012.  Gavin Kam and Brad Kam represented the buyer, a West Coast  family trust.
