Net Realty Advisors recently completed the sale of a Dollar General anchored shopping center in Pasadena, Texas, a dense suburb of Houston. The property, built in 2007, has excellent frontage benefits from heavy traffic along Spencer Highway, just east of Space Center Boulevard.   Gavin Kam and Brad Kam with Net Realty Advisors represented the seller on the transaction.  Jon Rue with Sperry Van Ness represented the buyer, a local Houston investor.
